It is an offence to steal in whole or in part any of the designs, layout, copy or photography created by Susan’s Personalised Candles. It is illegal to reproduce any text, design or content from this site without express permission from Susan’s Personalised Candles.
Violations of copyright on any of our content including design, text, imagery or other will be vigorously pursued.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. Sizes and designs may change over time. Susan’s Personalised Candles reserves the right to update their pricing at any time without notice. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation. We do not accept responsibility for any poor handling by our courier providers which may cause any damage to your candle while in transit.
Payment & Ordering
As each job is created on a to-order basis, full payment is required before work can commence on your job.
The easiest and most efficient way to order is via our secure online shopping cart. It’s user-friendly, and you can be assured that your personal details are treated with the utmost security and privacy.
Secure Credit Card Payment
At Susan’s Personalised Candles we use a secure payment gateway which allows us to accept credit card payment by Mastercard or Visa. We also accept Bank Deposit, Cheque & Money Order. Using these methods will require payment to be cleared before work will commence on your order. When making payments by Direct Bank Deposit please ensure you make a note of your name in the description section. An email once you have deposited your funds would also be appreciated.
A PDF proof will be emailed to you for approval before printing. Once you have checked and approved your proof, please email your approval in writing to [email protected]. Once your approval has been received, your job will commence and your personalised candle posted out to you. Please allow at least 7 working days from approval of your proof to delivery.
The PDF proof is sent to you to check the content. Please be aware that due to variations in monitors the colours and images may vary slightly on the screen to that of the finished product. Client errors that are signed off through the proofing process are to be redone at the clients expense. It is the client’s responsibility to check all copy is correct before providing approval. Ensure that all text supplied is as final as possible.
Alterations to your order may be made until the final PDF proof is approved. Once approved, no alterations may be undertaken.
Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. We take pride in the quality of our work and assure you that all of our artwork i sprinted to the highest standards.
Images can be supplied either via email, on disk or as a hard copy photograph. Susan’s Personalised Candles will not be liable for photographs or disks lost in the mail. If you think your images may be lost please keep a copy for yourself. We will return posted images with your order. Please ensure digital images have been taken at the highest megapixel setting and size on your camera.
Please be aware that printed images may differ in colour, darkness/lightness and quality to that of your printed photographs and to that of how they appear on screen. This is due to the different printing process and technique that is used.
Susan’s Personalised Candles will not be responsible for variations in colour/quality due to normal printing processes, or for flaws in the image that you have supplied us.
Postage & Packing
Each order will be delivered by Australia Post and parcels will be left at your door unless instructed otherwise. We are not liable for any damage or loss whatsoever caused by third parties as we take great care in packaging your order to reach you intact.
Please allow between 2 weeks from start to finish of your order. Urgent orders may require an additional priority fee depending on client request. We will advise if this is applicable to you. Susan’s Personalised Candles reserves the right to turn away orders where deadlines cannot be met.
During the year we will be closed during certain periods. We will give as much notice as possible on our site as to these closure dates.
Delivery times quoted on our site are approximate and depend on the speed in which you supply information to us and approve your proofs.
At Susan’s Personalised Candles, we respect your privacy and promise not to disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party. Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order or to inform you of special offers.
